How much does ciaopost cost?
Three plans, and what separates them is how many posts a day you get and how many people can post for you. Solo $10/month: 1 post a day, just you. Team $19/month: 3 a day, up to 5 team members. Group $39/month: 10 a day, unlimited team members. If your customers are companies rather than people, there is one plan at $49/month that adds LinkedIn. Seven days free to start, cancel anytime.
What counts as one post?
One piece of content - a testimonial, or something you filmed yourself - published to all your connected channels at once. That is one post, not one per channel.
Do unused posts carry over to tomorrow?
No. Your posts reset every morning and do not pile up. It is what keeps the price where it is, and it means you are never sitting on a balance you feel you have to spend before it goes.
What if I need more posts one day?
Add a pack of extra posts from the app. They are used only once your daily posts are gone, and they last 30 days. If you need the room most days, moving up a plan costs less than buying packs.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Extra post packs you bought stay yours either way - a plan change never touches them.
Whose accounts do the posts go to?
Yours. You connect your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other profiles to ciaopost, and every post is published on those accounts under your name. If you stop using ciaopost, everything already published stays on your profiles - it was always yours.
What happens if one of my social accounts disconnects?
Social networks periodically expire the connection for security reasons - it's normal and not your fault. ciaopost tells you on the home screen which account needs reconnecting, and reconnecting is a short login on your phone. Posts to the other connected channels continue as usual in the meantime.
Can I see how my posts are doing?
Yes. The Results screen gathers likes, comments, shares and views from your connected channels into one place, along with how many people opened your review link. The numbers come from the social networks themselves - ciaopost shows them, it doesn't embellish them.
What languages does ciaopost work in?
ciaopost is in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese - website and app both. Testimonials are recorded in whatever language your customer speaks, and published in their words: your customer is never asked to switch language for us.
